  • Choose your items

    To purchase your items visit the category pages, select your design, choose your items and add them to your basket.  Or you may use the search facility if there is a particular item you are looking for.   Quantity discounts will be applied automatically. 

    To order a personalised design please purchase any design and include a note, during checkout, to tell us that you are emailing pictures and/or wording separately.   Alternatively email or phone us if you wish to discuss a personalised order.

 
  • Discounts
    Our items have different discount ranges and these may not always show during checkout.  If that is the case then any discount owing will be refunded to you. 

 

  • UK delivery
    Orders will be sent using Royal Mail 1st class postage or Courier depending on the size of the order. P&P charges are as follows:

    spend £0.01 - £9.00 pay £0.95 p&p
    spend £9.01 - £25.00 pay £1.95 p&p
    spend £25.01 - £40.00 pay £2.95 p&p
    spend £40.01 and over pay £4.95 p&p

    Many of the items on this website are handmade and/or made to order so please allow up to 14 days.  Most items will arrive sooner but please check before ordering if you need something by a certain date.  Please also allow for postage delays. 

 

  • Overseas delivery
    Small orders will be sent using Royal Mail Airmail postage.  Larger orders will be sent by Courier.  Items sent outside the UK may take much longer to arrive and are subject to international postage delays.  Please check before ordering if you need something by a certain date.
 
  • Returns
    To return an item please email us within 3 days of receipt of the item.  Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging and we will refund the cost of the item only.  Please note that personalised items, chocolates and sweets cannot be returned.
